1. What Snoowie Is

Snoowie is a public platform for arguments, debates, and drama. Content posted here is public by default. If you post something, assume everyone can see it, because they can.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older (or 16+ with parental consent where applicable) to use Snoowie.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Sockpuppeting (creating extra accounts to manipulate votes or arguments) is a permanent ban offence.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

3. Your Content

• You own your content. By posting it on Snoowie, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce it on the platform.
• You must not post content that is illegal, constitutes doxxing, or violates our Community Guidelines.
• We do not pre-moderate content. We respond to reports. If something violates the rules, report it.

4. What We Prohibit

• Doxxing: sharing someone's private personal information without consent.
• Coordinated harassment campaigns targeting a specific user off-platform.
• Vote manipulation: using bots, alts, or brigading to artificially inflate or deflate vote counts.
• Impersonation of real people or other accounts.
• Content that constitutes a credible threat of violence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Snoowie is provided "as is." We are not liable for user-generated content, arguments that escalate beyond the platform, or any damages arising from your use of the service. You use it knowing it's a public fight network.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you via the app. Continuing to use Snoowie after a change means you accept the new terms.
